Fitness of the Force: The Lightsaber Technique

Join in on this ultimate fan experience focused on a galaxy far, far away...  

In honor of Star Wars Day on May 4 (May the fourth be with you!), you’ll learn how to perfect the art of intergalactic combat. Using your very own lightsaber, Studio K’s Sith Lord Mandy will lead you through a program like no other, merging fight choreography and body toning. This program is for all levels of fitness and for those 14 and older.  

Special Instructions: Please bring your own lightsaber if you have one; if not, a limited number of lightsabers will be provided. Attendees are strongly urged to be dressed in comfortable clothing and sneakers. Jedi robes (or costumes) are optional. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended (blue milk optional!).  
 
This program is presented by Studio K and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
