💫 Jump Ropes: Jump into good vibes on the track with a beginner-friendly jump rope workout designed to boost your mood, teach you wrist and footwork all while burning calories. Pure fun from start to finish.

TAMPA GIRLIES FITNESS AND VIBES LLC — EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, I EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE TO, AND ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW:

By purchasing a ticket, I voluntarily agree to participate in this event, which may include high-intensity fitness, cold plunges, saunas, biohacking/recovery services, wellness injections (e.g., Botox, B12), and vendor-provided food/beverages. I fully understand and assume all inherent risks, including bodily injury, illness, allergic reactions, cardiac events, skin sensitivity, fainting, nerve damage, or other adverse health effects.

I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Tampa Girlies Fitness and Vibes LLC, the event Venue (including property owners/managers), staff, contractors, vendors, and sponsors from any liability, claims, or damages arising from negligence before, during, or after the event.

• Food & Drink: I assume full responsibility for what I consume and release all host parties from liability regarding foodborne illness or allergic reactions.
• Independent Vendors: Services such as injections, chiropractic care, and specialized treatments are provided by independent third parties. Tampa Girlies Fitness and Vibes LLC does not endorse, supervise, or assume liability for any third-party services, treatments, or products.

• Age & Pets: This is strictly an 18+ event. No pets are permitted (service animals allowed by law).
• Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize event staff to secure medical treatment on my behalf and agree to take full financial responsibility for all resulting care and transportation.

By purchasing a ticket, I grant Tampa Girlies Fitness and Vibes LLC full permission to capture and use my image, photo, video likeness, and voice in promotional materials in perpetuity without compensation.

• Force Majeure: If the event is cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances beyond control, no refunds will be issued; credit toward a future event will be provided.
• Belongings: Attendees assume all risk for vehicle damage, towing, and any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

By completing the ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms in this Waiver and Release of Liability.
