We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Cheektowaga Town Park on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. for yoga during #FitnessintheParks. Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress.
Class takes place between shelters 12 & 13 (park behind Reinstein Memorial Library). Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
