We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Bidwell Park on Saturdays at 10:15 a.m. for Yoga during #FitnessintheParks. Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress!
Class takes place near Elmwood Avenue, across from the farmer’s market. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
