We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Bidwell Park on Saturdays at 10:15 a.m. for PiYo during #FitnessintheParks. Strengthen your muscles and condition in a class blending Pilates and yoga. Benefits include improved posture and flexibility, greater mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress!
Class takes place near Elmwood Avenue, across from the farmer’s market. Please note, participants should plan to bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
