We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA Buffalo Niagara at Clarence Town Park (Main Street Park) on Fridays for Pilates at 10 a.m. during #FitnessintheParks. Strengthen the body’s core muscles, including the abdominals and lower back, with this method of body conditioning. You’ll tone your body and increase flexibility.
Class takes place next to the bandshell. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
