Join us on the mat for a free Yoga Flow session with Archetype Yoga on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park . Studio owner Sara Blumenkranz offers a restorative yet playful yoga practice. Great for all levels of practice. Bring your own mat and a water bottle (limited mats are available for loan).
This class is part of our Fitness in the Park series where we encourage you to get outside, get moving and have fun with our awesome Playhouse Village instructors! We’re bringing a FREE group exercise program every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at Playhouse Village Park, led by local fitness studios.
