Join Healthy Huntsville for Fitness in the Park: Dance Fitness with M.E.R.C. Fitness Asylum.
This free workout is for participants ages 16+ and will be led by M.E.R.C. Fitness Asylum.

No special equipment is needed, although you might want a yoga mat or towel. Remember your water bottle, and get ready for a fabulous, free workout!
Fitness in the Park is a rain or shine event. In case of rain, the class will take place under the portico. If there is inclement weather, a notice of cancelation will be posted on the Healthy Huntsville Facebook page.
