Fitness + Friends (ages 25-40)

Join us for a gals-only social HIIT/Strength Circuit session run by PE Club, combining our love for fitness and friendship 💛

This event is designed to create connection from beginning to end, so you can have a laugh and make new friends while you get that workout in. Afterwards we’ll hang back for a coffee and connect with like-minded girls who share your love for being active.

No matter your fitness level, this event is your opportunity to find and connect with awesome girl friends, form meaningful connections and get a super fun and effective workout in.

What’s Included? Workout class, connection activities + coffee/drinks…plus hopefully a whole bunch of new friends to workout with next weekend 😉
