Looking to stay strong, steady, and flexible? Our Fitness for Function class is designed to help older adults move with ease and reduce the risk of falls.
🕒 One-hour class includes:
✔️ Gentle warm-up
✔️ Short cardio session
✔️ Balance & strength exercises
✔️ Stretching & cool down
🌟 The best part? This class can be done sitting or standing, and light hand or leg weights may be used. All fitness levels are welcome—each exercise is scaled to your ability.
