Assess your fitness and track your progress with a free fitness checkup at the Lenexa Rec Center. Certified personal trainers will check the items below and provide a quick consultation to help you reach your goals.In-Body scan that will measure:
-Weight
-Lean body mass

Strength and cardio test that will record:
-Number of situps in a minute
-Number of pushups
-Time in plank position
-40-yard dash time
