Join us for our upcoming 2 in 1 class where Ross will guide a workout class for the parents, while I teach the kids how to bake & decorate!About this Event
- Parents will do a 45 minute body weight workout, followed by 15 minutes of breathwork.
- Adults, Please dress accordingly since the workout class will be outside, and be sure to bring a yoga mat & water bottle!
- Kids will learn how to make icing and then decorate 2 cupcakes in a "potted plant" theme.
- This is for ages 4 & up for the baking class.
