This class teaches young children how to properly stretch, lift, and use upstairs machinery at the Y. We reduce injuries and set up out students to excel in the future!
- FREE for Y Members, $20/monthly for non-members

- Mondays @ 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM (1 hour)
- We will now be lifting in the left hand room upstairs!
