FITN40 KICKOFF FITNESS CLASS

What is FitN40: FitN40 is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program designed to offer time-efficient, 40-minute full-body workouts, with a new class starting every 4 minutes. The studio includes 7 stations, each lasting 4 minutes, combining strength, cardio, and functional exercises.

Date, Time, Place: Saturday, Oct 12, 2024, at 8:00 AM. The event will be held at 336 S Davidson St, so mark your calendars and don't miss out!

Some key points:

• You are allowed to park for free in the red parking slots. There is additional parking behind the church, and we will have someone directing traffic.
• When you arrive, you will need to check in and sign your waiver. Your name will then be entered into a raffle for prizes.
• Due to the strenuous nature of the workout, this is a 16+ event. We kindly ask that a parent or guardian be present to sign for approval if necessary.
• Please bring a water bottle, a mat, and a positive attitude!

This in-person event is the perfect way to start your Saturday off right, so grab your friends and come break a sweat together. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises to help you reach your full potential in this workout.
