It’s that time again for a fitaffairinmotion🍑 Saturday morning vibe!!! This one will be a very special morning with Charles Scott, who is a RAD Instructor, Trainer coming to do a self-defense training course! Charles will provide knowledge and skills in self-defense. You will feel safer and more confident after this 1 of 3 training courses. I’ve participated in 3 courses with Charles and definitely having more knowledge of what to do in quickly in an unexpected situation is important for me.
