Join FIT4MOM North Atlanta in partnership with the City of Sandy Springs for stroller fitness classes every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:30am at City Springs. On Tuesday mornings, join FIT4MOM for our signature mommy and me workout - Stroller Strides®!Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! Led by certified prenatal and postnatal fitness instructors, you’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
Bring your stroller and kiddo(s) (if you're pregnant or kids are in school, come without!), yoga mat and water.
We meet outside on the City Green. Two hours of free parking is readily available in surface lots and the City Springs parking deck. The City Green is located in the heart of City Springs - just look for a friendly group of moms with strollers and workout gear!
Restrooms are located on the City Green. Some of the wonderful amenities of City Springs include covered seating, picnic tables, free WiFi, and fountains and a splash pad - the perfect after class hang out with your Mama Village!
