This oneās for our tiniest villagers! After class, weāre setting up a soothing and stimulating Baby Sensory Playgroup designed especially for infants. Think textures, colors, sounds, and gentle play ā perfect for tummy time, exploring, and early development.

Bring a blanket and get ready for some sweet baby smiles and mama bonding time. Playgroups are always FREE, and if youāre new to FIT4MOM, your first class is free too!
