Fit2Live 2025 Fall Brawl In House Competition!

Join us for our 6th annual fun and friendly in-house fitness competition on Saturday, November 15th from 9am-2pm at Fit2Live!

About this event:

*The Fall Brawl is an in-house, 2 person, mixed gender partner competition.

*This competition is a mixed gender competition.

*This friendly competition will be designed for members of all ages, skill sets and experience levels.

*The Fall Brawl will be a great chance for everyone to have fun while getting some competition experience under their belt at the friendly and supportive confines of Fit2Live.

*There will be plenty of F2L'ers and friends in attendance to support the hard work you put in.

*Grab a partner, sign-up, and join us for this fun community event!

*Reach BodyWork will be in attendance giving free bodywork throughout, Melissa Squires will be taking awesome pictures and Zingerman's coffee will be served!

Competition Details:

*Saturday, November 15th from 9am-2pm (Gym will open at 8am)

*$50 per person to participate

*Mixed gender partner competition

*2 Divisions

Division 1(Under 50 years of age)

Division 2 (Over 50 years of age for both partners)

*You can bring a partner from another gym if they have CrossFit experience

*3 Total, scored workouts completed throughout the day

*The workouts will be inclusive for all ages and skill sets, and experience levels, there will something that everyone can do in each workout and the weights will be manageable, each workout can be scaled as needed

*The first workout will be released Friday, October 24th. The second workout will be released Friday, October 31st. The third workout will be released Friday, November 7th.

*Each participant will receive a competition t-shirt and will have a blast!

*Each team will have a judge for each workout

*There will be no regular class this day

*Friends and family are welcome to come and spectate

Awards:

Top 3 teams in Division 1 will get medals and Fit2Live swag

Top team in Division 2 will get medals and Fit2Live swag

Best Spirit will receive a trophy

Best Team name will receive a trophy

Everyone will have a blast testing their fitness with their fellow F2L'ers
