- $10 Drop-in (pre-workout shot and post-workout shake sample included)
- $15 for a full serving of the best post-workout shake ever (includes the workout, pre-workout juice, and post-workout full serving)
We are now accepting cash or card for payment. Please bring a towel, a yoga mat, and be ready to sweat! The workout starts exactly on time, so arrive early to get ready and have your natural energy shot to maximize your results.
The social part is filled with games and relaxation with the squad (this is where your shake will be made fresh)!
