This 45 minute class is designed to close the gap between one-on-one personal training and group fitness. Each reserved spot comes with its own “personal gym,” with access to everything needed to complete the group workout within one space. Intensity focuses on building muscle, improving body composition and metabolic conditioning using top of the line equipment from the best manufacturers in the industry.
