Have you ever stopped to consider how the foods you consume impact your energy, mood, focus, and overall ability to fulfill the purpose God has placed on your life?
Join us for this special family edition of Fit Friday as we explore the connection between faith, wellness, and stewardship of the body. Scripture teaches us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, yet many of us have never been taught how to intentionally nourish and care for them.
This interactive experience is designed to raise awareness about what we put into our bodies and how those choices may affect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
During this event, participants will:
• Learn practical principles of biblical stewardship and wellness
• Explore common health concerns submitted through our wellness questionnaire
• Sample a variety of foods, juices, smoothies, fruits, and herbs that may support overall wellness
• Receive educational resources to help make informed choices about nutrition and health
• Participate in an open discussion and Q&A session
• Discover simple ways to begin making healthier choices for themselves and their families
This is not a diet class, a medical seminar, or a weight-loss program. Rather, it is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and gain practical tools that can help us better care for the bodies God has entrusted to us so that we can live well, serve well, and fulfill our assignments with strength and vitality.
After registering, attendees will receive a Wellness Interest Form to help us prepare resources and discussion topics tailored to the needs of those attending.
