Fit For Life Summer Camp

Fit For Life Summer Camp is designed to help middle schoolers grow socially, emotionally, and physically while having fun, staying active, and building confidence in a supportive environment.

This is more than just a camp to “keep kids busy.” It’s a place where teens learn real-life skills they can carry into school, friendships, sports, and everyday life.

What Kids Will Gain:

• Daily physical activity and movement to help improve mood, energy, confidence, and overall well-being
• Leadership skills through team challenges, group activities, and guided experiences
• Healthy communication and conflict resolution skills to better navigate friendships and peer situations
• Support navigating real teen struggles like confidence, stress, emotions, self-esteem, social pressure, and screen overuse
• Mindfulness and regulation tools to help manage anxiety, overwhelm, frustration, and big emotions
