Greetings, Queens! You're invited to join us for our 4th Annual Fit for A Queen Women Empowerment and Self Care Awareness. Come prepared to pour out and refill with some necessary tools. We will have various women professionals to help us navigate this journey of Self care & Self Love. We will learn and discuss mental health, physical fitness, nutritionist, self defense, and much more. Feel free to wear African attire with us which is encouraged, not required.
