Last year, this event was sold out! So why mess with a winner except to offer more tricky tray items…one valued at $699.00 (yup, you read it right!).
Sunday’s event will be chair-centered but last year, attendees had so much fun on Saturday that they registered for Sunday and either stood in the back or joined in seated. But the majority of the room’s participants are seated because we are all about showing you can work up a sweat and stretch while in a chair!
Same format: Zumba for 45 minutes and Yoga for 40 minutes with Savasanah (meditation) for 5. On the chair or off, there will be modifications offered
