Fit Flow Yoga and Sound Bath Experience Workshop

Welcome to the Fit Flow Workshop. Join us on June 30th, 2024, @ 1:30 PM at the stunning Aneva gym. This month, our session will focus on stretching the entire body, particularly targeting the core, lower back, and hips.

This workshop is part of a 4-month series that began on May 18, 2024. Each month, we concentrate on different muscle groups to ensure a comprehensive approach to flexibility and strength.

Our in-person sessions will include stretching techniques that you can apply both at home and in the gym, with a special emphasis on enhancing hip mobility. Each 35-40 minute session, held on Aneva's beautiful rooftop, concludes with a soothing lavender eye towel and a tranquil sound bath experience, allowing you to fully relax and absorb the benefits of our time together while lying down.

After the session, you'll have the opportunity to use Aneva's luxurious amenities, including cold plunges, sauna, and enjoy a workout in their indoor or rooftop gym.
