Fistful of Datas is a Twin Cities ’90s cover band that usually spans the full decade, from radio staples to delightful weirdness. For this show, we’re bringing out one of our special-format sets: an all-Alanis Morissette night, anchored by Jagged Little Pill. This isn’t a permanent tribute act — just a focused celebration of one of the most iconic albums of the ’90s, delivered with the same energy and irreverence we bring to everything else we play.
90's alt rock band CAKE built the religion, and Piece of Cake is here to build it bigger, widening the corridor and adding more lanes. Join us in singing your favorite Cake songs, and reminisce about the Fashion Nugget compact disc you had in your 2001 Toyota Camry. Our band mirrors Cake — featuring a strong rhythm section, iconic trumpet, speedy guitar licks, a vibraslap, and high expectations for audience engagement. Brian M Naughton (The Thin White Duke) leads you though a reflective journey recreating David’s unique story telling by enveloping his eclectic character and musical artistic visual tapestry.
