Tackle marine litter along Musselburgh's coastline with the Scottish Seabird Centre , the Scottish Coastal Cleanup and Fisherrow Harbour & Seafront Association.
Help make our wonderful coastline a cleaner, healthier place whilst enjoying some amazing marine wildlife with like-minded people.
This beach clean will focus on Fisherrow Sands—the sandy beach from Fisherrow Harbour to the mouth of the River Esk—and will last 1—1.5 hours.
If there is enough interest on the day, we may choose to undertake a Marine Conservation Society (MCS) litter survey ! The data we collect will be used as evidence to promote policy change and to increase understanding about marine pollution.
Friendly, quiet dogs are welcome, but we ask they are kept on a short lead throughout.
