Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, and fundraising at Parkway Bakery & Tavern. We’re serving up an all-you-can-eat South Louisiana fried fish feast with all the fixings — boiled shrimp, potato salad, jambalaya, gumbo, mac and cheese, and plenty of other local favorites — plus delicious desserts. Enjoy a full open bar featuring beer, wine, frozen cocktails, spirits, and Miller ponies. DJ Matty will be spinning your favorite oldies to keep the good times rolling.
As part of our drawdown raffle, you’ll have a shot at major cash prizes, giveaways for every 20th ticket drawn, swag bags, and a big win for the last ticket standing. You don’t need to be present to win — but trust us, you’ll want to be there.

This once-a-year, after-hours event reunites some of New Orleans’ top chefs and original members of Silence of da Hams to raise funds for Hogs for the Cause — a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families impacted by pediatric brain cancer.
