We have re-opening the Double Decker Bus, EVERY Friday through lent. We will have our Fish & Chip Food Truck parked next to our Double Decker bus at our PriceCutter location at 4228 S National Ave, Springfield from 11am-7pm.The Double Decker bus is our inside seating area and can hold 25 people at a time. It’s air-conditioned or heated depending on the weather.
Due to the success of our menu at our Battlefield Mall location in Springfield we have launched our NEW FOOD TRUCK that has a beautifully simple menu. We hand batter 3 pieces of wild Alaskan Pollock and we fry beer battered chips (fries). We make our own tartar sauce and add a slice of lemon, malt vinegar and ketchup with every portion.
We will also have a Lemon Curd mini dessert pasty.
We hope to see you every Fish & Chip Friday through lent.
