Join youth workers from nine European countries for 5 days of rhythm-based facilitation training on the inspiring island of Isegran, right in the middle of Fredrikstad, Norway. This training is a journey in human connection, inclusion, and empowerment.

Dynamic days with 8+ hours of rhythm, movement, breakout sessions, and mentoring.

A peaceful, supportive setting at Minemagasinet, nestled in greenery, with meals and accommodation included.
Symbolic, open sessions in the floating “Cathedral of Hope”—an invitation to community, dialogue, and solidarity.

No prior experience needed—just curiosity, openness, and a “yes” attitude.
🎁 Details & practical info
Participation fee: €100 (travel support via Erasmus+ helps cover costs; partial or full bursaries available on request).
Accommodation in shared historic houses on Isegran, meals provided daily.
Accessible venue—physical, sensory, and neurodiverse needs are welcomed and supported.
Held entirely in English (with body-language and rhythm bridging beyond words).
