Our brew team gets to taste all of our beers at every stage of their production process, but normally you don't! We didn't think that was fair, so every first Tuesday of the month we tap a special Faß keg (German gravity keg) at 5:30pm of a young version of our beer so you can see the difference compared to when it is finally mature. If you're a fan of kellerbier, you'll love our First Tuesdays.This month's beer: Dortmunder. It has been lagering only roughly one week of eight weeks, leading to some interesting malt and hop expressions.
