What: An ecstatic dance-style offering -- held on the first Tuesday of every month (10/1/24, 11/5/24, 12/3/24)! Everyone and anyone are welcome to come join in on the dancefloor! ✌🏼🎵 Come as you are, and move how you can, in a space free of pretense or judgement! All forms of movement are valid expressions of your self!
When: 7:30-9:00 PM, Tuesday, October 1st
(Doors into the building automatically lock at 8PM!)
Where: Meet in the Mendota Movement Room (Rm 170) of the Quarry Arts Building, located at 715 Hill Street in Madison. There is nearby free street parking, as well as a dedicated parking lot across the street behind the former Whole Foods.
Who: YOU! EVERYONE! Open To All! No “Experience” Necessary! Strangers And Newcomers Are Just The Friends We Haven’t Met Yet!
Details: A 60- to 70-minute music playlist, with an opening and closing sharing circle.
Cost: It’s totally free to come dance, but donations are gratefully accepted to cover the cost of renting the space.
Additional Info: Each dance will have a specific lyrical theme to the songs. October 1st's Theme is "Self-Acceptance + Prioritizing You!"
