First Time Riders and Traffic Free Riding at Ilkley Rugby Club

These lessons are for people who are learning to pedal and or those who want to build up confidence in a private space

Using a car park area with all equipment provided. Our experienced instructor will guide you step by step, from getting on and off the bike to building up your balance and your confidence.

The instructor will work with you to assess your needs and to get you pedalling in a friendly, stress-free manner, at your pace.

The lessons are delivered in the car park at the rugby club. There is free parking available.

Bikes and helmets are provided.

If you decide you can't attend a session you have booked - please cancel it as soon as possible (ideally via Eventbrite - or drop us an e-mail if you can't work out how to do it yourself).
