FINANCING + HOMES
We’ll start off with a discussion about financing and cover things from what you should do well before getting preapproved, what pre-approval is like, and what loan options exist. For the real estate portion, we’ll cover different types of homes, expectations of our market, and how to successfully launch a home search.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
About 45min of each presenter and 30min of breaks, refreshments, and Q&A!

Compass Real Estate Fremont Office, 837 N 34th St Suite 100, Seattle, WA 98103. When you RSVP, please let us know if you need free validated parking in our parking garage! On the day of the event, I'll email all attendees to confirm if you need parking and let you know what number to text when you get to our office!
