FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WORKSHOP-SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th, 2025

This workshop will be conducted entirely in English.

Hispanic Unity of Florida's First Time Home Buyer Workshop is a Saturday workshop that educates prospective home buyers on the steps to homeownership. The steps include, but are not limited to, budgeting and credit, home shopping, the lending process, predatory lending, and home inspections.

Date: Saturday - October 18th, 2025

Time: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Location: 5840 Johnson St. Hollywood, FL. 33021

The workshop will begin promptly at 8:00 am. and doors will close promptly at 9:00 am.

At the end of the 8 hours Workshop a certificate will be delivered.

Snacks and lunch will be provided. Children are not permitted at any time during the workshop.
