Enjoy a de-stress and revitalization. This practice combines Yin-Restorative Yoga + Deep Relaxation Meditation known as Yoga Nidra.Develop your mental, physical, and emotional relaxation in order to create an environment within in which positive change may occur. The class starts with some light movements into yin postures that prepare the body to be in a comfortable position while being guided through a deeply meditative experience. You leave feeling renewed, rejuvenated, and at peace.
