Relax and cozy into the end of the afternoon weekend to unwind, nourish, and restore. In our seasonal monthly restorative yoga extended class, we will create space for slowing down and turning inward. Using breathing practices and supported restorative poses we will tend to our nervous systems, quiet our minds and provide opportunity for deep relaxation and rest. Restorative postures will be held for 5-10 minutes, utilizing blankets, bolsters, sand bags, straps and blocks. For all levels, no yoga experience is needed.
