This First Sunday after Pentecost, we continue our emphasis on the empowering presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives to be the church that the world needs today. Through the lens of Romans 8:14-19, we will reflect on Paul's words to the church in Rome contrasting ways of relating to God. What does it mean in practical ways to be "children of God" being "Led by the Spirit"? For what is creation waiting to be revealed from the church that is not currently being fulfilled? Join us this Sunday as we lean deeper into our relationship with God through the Holy Spirit.Please be sure to check in with the Greeter at the Welcome Table. A supervised children's Prayground area is available with activities for the children that enables parents to worship in another area of the room.
If you will be joining us virtually, whether or not on livestream, you’re encouraged to prepare a worship space that’s meaningful to you – perhaps a candle as a reminder of the Light of Christ shining in the brokenness of this world, & your Communion elements for our time of gathering around the Open Table at Christ’s invitation to all.
