Celebrate The Yolo Trinity, a collaboration between the HIVE (Woodland, CA) , Dunloe Brewing (Davis, CA), and Patio 29 Spirits Co. (Winters, CA).
This smooth bourbon barrel-aged honey stout, brewed with Moon Shine Trading Co. Northwestern Meadowfoam and aged for 18 months in Patio 29’s bourbon barrels, has warm notes of toffee, cinnamon, and dark cocoa, with hints of bourbon and vanilla.
Attendees will hear about the brewing process firsthand from Dunloe Brewing team, The HIVE and Patio 29.
