First Saturday Roundtable: Kickoff Session for Business Owners and Leaders

About this Event

Most business owners know what they should be working on. The hard part is..... doing it consistently while running the business.

First Saturday is a small, in-person roundtable for owners, co-owners and leaders who want to change how they think, lead and sell, and then follow through.

The program is built on The Growth Coach's Sales Mastery curriculum and the Strategic Mindset process, used with business owners for more than two decades.

Each month we take one part of the process and apply it to your business, whether that's sales, leading and managing people, delegating, or how you spend your time. You track your goals and actions in the Strategic Planner and report your progress to the group each month.

At the kickoff you will:

1. Face reality: score where your business stands today
2. Learn your DISC style and how it shapes the way you lead and sell
3. Set a clear vision for what you want the business to give you
4. Leave with your top five 90-day goals, your first three actions and an accountability partner

Format: About 10 members. In person on the first Saturday of each month, 8:00 to 11:00 AM. An optional online check-in on the third Saturday is available as an add-on.

Kickoff note: The kickoff is Saturday, Nov 14. After that, we meet the first Saturday of every month, starting Dec 5.

Membership: Launch rate of $249/month for the first 10 members (regular $299). Includes the Cloverleaf DISC assessment, workbook, Strategic Planner and an accountability partner. If you leave the kickoff without a 90-day plan you believe in, your first month is refunded.
