Step into the night and celebrate the magic of October at Nocturne: Art After Dark! Join us for the opening of this month-long exhibition, where over 40 local artists showcase their newest work in a gallery full of creativity, mystery, and the spirit of autumn.
The night will be alive with music from DJ JadGetGam (Eric Harlow), drink specials, and the excitement of our Halloween Costume Contest at 9 PM — so dress to impress and join in the fun!
Whether you’re drawn to the ghoulish, the whimsical, or simply the beauty of autumn evenings, this is a night to connect with artists, experience new work, and celebrate the season with friends and community.

About the First Saturday Art Show at Bar@548
Now in its 14th year, the First Saturday Art Show at Bar@548 continues to be a cornerstone of the downtown St. Petersburg arts scene. Each month, Bar@548 hosts a new exhibition featuring local artists in an inclusive, rotating showcase that reflects the diversity, talent, and creative spirit of the community.

These monthly shows are designed to be welcoming, grassroots opportunities where artists—whether emerging or established—can exhibit their work without financial barriers. Participation is free for all artists, and 100% of art sales go directly to the creators, reinforcing Bar@548’s and Curator Jenipher Chandley's commitment to supporting independent artistry in a city where access to creative spaces is becoming increasingly limited.
