Art Opening

  • Perspective Gallery: “Hold” photography exhibit curated by Aimée Beaubien, Professor and Chair, Department of Photography SAIC, the exhibition, jointly titled “Hold”, is a meditation on loss, distance, identity and memory. Across the images runs a shared desire to sit with what is uncertain: the fear of losing what we love, the ache of what we recall imperfectly and the strange comfort of being changed by time. Together these works ask us to consider what we keep, what we return to and what holds us.
