We’re officially launching Run The City – Rocky Mount!
Join us for our very first community run as we move together through one of the best trail spaces in the city.

🏃🏾♀️ The Route:
We will start and finish in the Rocky Mount Mills parking lot. From there, we’ll run less than half a mile to connect to the bike trails at Battle Park, where the majority of our run will take place.

This is a social run — all paces welcome. Walkers and runners are encouraged to join.
👟 Please wear secure, comfortable sneakers suitable for trail running.
💧 Water will be available, but feel free to bring your own water and snacks if needed.
