ABOUT:
First Run Stockholm - an initiative for dance artists of all experiences and backgrounds to share fresh works-in-progress, followed by a facilitated discussion together with the audience, facilitated by Leah Landau and Lilian Steiner, with wine and snacks.
First Run is a place where dance artists can share the questions and ideas that they are busy with, practice performing, and where the dance community and those who are dance-curious can practice watching and articulating what they experience. It’s an opportunity for many kinds of new encounters and enrichening of what it means for a dance community to support and build upon itself.
Each First Run will host two artists in sharing up to 20 minutes of their work-in-progress.
