First Nations Australian Career Information Session - November

Join us to explore the diverse career pathways available within SAPOL.
Please note: This event can be attended either in person at Yitpi Yartapuultiku or online via Microsoft Teams. Please select the appropriate ticket type when registering.
This session will discuss a range of different career pathways within SAPOL. This session is open to all community members, however it will have a specific focus on First Nations recruitment and the Community Constable role.
Community Constables are role models who work alongside police to support community safety, strengthen relationships and promote culturally informed policing. They play a key role in building trust and improving engagement between police and community.
The career information session will cover:
- All career pathways within SAPOL
- Requirements and how to apply
- The SAPOL Recruitment Test (TAFE SA)
- What to expect at the panel interview
- Information about physical testing - including required standards and tips on how to prepare yourself
- What to expect when training at the Academy
- Salary and benefits on offer
You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and speak directly with SAPOL members and hear about their experiences working with SAPOL.

- Time: 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- Location: Yitpi Yartapuultiku, 1300 Old Port Road, Port Adelaide SA 5015. This session will also be livestreamed via Microsoft Teams for those attending online.
