At this First Light® Seeds - New Beginnings workshop you will learn how to support yourself and others to release core negative beliefs held at the level of DNA and return to a natural state of peace.
Core negative beliefs can take many forms and express in many different ways, e.g. negative self-talk, deep fears and depression.
