Route: Cape Henry Trail → Trail Center (bathroom stop) → Bald Cypress Trail → Osmanthus Trail → back to Trail Center → return to Blue Cow
Distance/Pace: 6 miles, easy–moderate, conversational pace.
Terrain: hard-packed multi-use path, boardwalks, pine-needle forest trails.
Bathrooms: at the Trail Center
Dogs: welcome on leash 🐾
Bring: water, comfy shoes, layers.
Parking: Follow posted signs near Blue Cow. If you park inside First Landing, day-use fee or annual pass applies.
After: optional post-hike treat at Blue Cow—they’ve got great ice cream! 🍨🍦
