Attention parents and guardians of teen drivers (or soon-to-be drivers)!You're invited to a FREE 90-minute First Impact program on 2-28-26. This evidence-based program educates parents and teen drivers about Missouri’s Graduated Driver License (GDL) law. Our goal is to reduce motor vehicle fatalities, injuries, and crashes among teen drivers by increasing parental awareness and enforcement of the GDL law.
