Welcome To Capitol Hill Gifted & Talented Magnet School

Our 1st-8th grade gifted and talented magnet school is one of the only public schools of its kind in the Twin Cities. Located in St. Paul's historic Rondo neighborhood, Capitol Hill is passionate about educating gifted children. We realize the unique needs of gifted students and work hard to maximize the potential of every child. Students must meet the gifted and talented criteria to enroll in the elementary grades.
