** Please bring a mat/pad to lay on, a blanket and pillow for your comfort, and water. You may also sit against the wall, or on a chair if that is more comfortable for you. **

The evening will begin with an opening circle, agreements and intention setting, and will grow into choreographed dance/movement, and free form dance/movement. We will end with resting, and a yoga nidra meditation, closing circle, discussion and blessing.
